The ‘Hardline’ perk is a tier 1 perk in call of duty black ops, that allows the player to obtain killstreaks with 1 less kill then the preset requirements (A spy plane without hardline is 3 kills, with is 2).
When pro is unlocked, you can “re-roll” care packages, when the player double taps the action button, the care package will be swapped for something better, or worst.
Sorry to all you people who were anticipating the arrival, but your going to need to wait as people owned there servers, and with school getting out recently, i see no ending soon.

So right when microsoft thought they crushed the modders they made a BAD Decision, normally you dont see many modders as you need a special cord (Migration) to plug your HDD into your PC. Where to start….
First of all fallout new vegas will not be created by Bethesda but rather Obsidian. Apparently it will be created with the same engine so dont expect ANY major changes, it should keep the good spirit off fallout going! Also it will obviously take place in Las Vegas during the same time as Fallout 3. It’s most likely not going to have all those landmarks your used too though, as this is after a nuke in the 1950’s. Thats the only small details on the game for now. Fallout will hit stores 2010.
